Our sausages only contain meat, spices and natural casings. No preservatives or fillers. Spices are used in our sausages for superior flavour and optimal shelf life without the need for chemical preservatives. It is also for this reason that all of our products are Gluten Free and Dairy Free.


Always make sure that the sausage is properly sealed at the ends by the casing, otherwise twist the casing to maintain its moisture during cooking.

The most popular cooking methods for the sausages are grilled on the stove, on the barbecue or on a hot plate. Take care to brown the skin by turning it regularly for 15 minutes for the chipolata or toulouse and 10 minutes for merguez.

You can also cook the sausages in the oven at 200 degrees with vegetables, the fat of the meat will bring out the flavours in the vegetables.
